Job Description

Lead a team to deliver The King's Trust Team programme, a 12-week personal development journey for young people. Plan and deliver team-building activities, residentials, community projects, and work placements.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver The King's Trust Team programme
Provide mentorship and role modeling for young people
Help young people build confidence and gain new skills

Qualifications

Experience working with young people from diverse backgrounds
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
GCSE English and Maths at Grade A-C
