Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Childcare Manager to plan the curriculum
Support the development and training of other staff members
Role model high-quality day care provision
Lead on the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
Implement safeguarding policies and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum early years level 3 qualification
Experience in nurturing children in a childcare environment
Leadership skills
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
