Hotel Chocolat is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support and lead the retail team alongside the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused and confident leader with a passion for chocolate and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in providing leadership to inspire, coach, and develop team members
Drive store sales and profit plan
Exceed store sales targets and KPIs
Maximize all commercial opportunities in-store

Qualifications

Experience in a luxury brand or retailer
Demonstrable experience in high service guest interaction
Natural leadership qualities
Passion for chocolate and providing excellent service
