Job Description

Join us as a Stock Condition Surveyor to assess the condition of council homes and assets, ensuring they meet standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive stock condition surveys and update the council's system.
Assess key building components and report on their condition.
Carry out Housing Health & Safety Rating System inspections.
Conduct energy efficiency surveys to support sustainability goals.
Prepare reports with diagnoses of defects and recommend remedial actions.
Develop specifications for small projects.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Building Surveying, Construction, or related field.
