Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Deputy Team Manager in the Early Help Hub at Gloucestershire County Council.

Responsibilities

Assist the manager in decision making related to Early Help, ensure appropriate intervention levels, provide support, supervision, and performance management, work towards delivering best practice, and strive for excellence.

Qualifications

Experience working with children, families, and communities, knowledge of multi-agency assessments, degree level education or equivalent, 5 years experience in Children's Social Care and Early Help, valid driving license and access to a car.
