Job Description

Join Fitness Superstore as a Sales Advisor at our Frimley store. Provide an excellent in-store experience for customers and achieve sales targets by recommending products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for customers
Sell fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat
Achieve sales targets by analyzing customer needs and making product recommendations
Provide information about products and demonstrate whenever necessary
Work with customer service and operations teams for efficient solutions
Be an 'out of the box' thinker and contribute new ideas

Qualifications

Minimum 12 months of sales experience
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
Strong motivation to hit targets and earn bonuses
Excellent communication and numeracy skills
