Job Description

Equans is looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team in Manchester on a permanent basis. The role involves supervising the delivery of contracted services for the HMCTS contract.

Responsibilities

Supervise the delivery of contracted services for the HMCTS contract
Support the Area Facilities Manager in achieving SLAs
Manage engineers to achieve internal KPIs
Ensure H&S compliance and statutory compliance
Line management of direct reports
Compliance with company policies and procedures
Work closely with HMCTS FMs
Generate and foster a Health and Safety culture
Identify ways to improve services

Qualifications

Technical background with relevant M&E qualifications
Excellent customer skills
PC literate and knowledge of MS Office applications
Commercial awareness
Experience in risk assessment and management
Understanding of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality assurance systems
