Job Description

Join Valeo Foods UK as a Senior Product Developer on a 10-month FTC to support NPD and EPD activities across a portfolio of private label accounts, B2B, and food service. Develop products from concept to customer sign off in a cross-functional manner internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Manage private label accounts for new product launches and key customer initiatives
Build strong relationships with key customer contacts
Lead R&D customer visits and coordinate with internal teams
Create effective customer quality plans
Coordinate project handover to Operations team for successful factory implementation
Manage project timelines and stakeholder engagement
Explore opportunities for innovation and cost-effective product development

Qualifications

Degree in Food Science or related discipline
Min 5 years' experience in R&D/Development role
Technical skills in a kitchen and manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for food industry and problem-solving mindset
