The Driver Supervisor will support the daily operations of the HPC waste management contract, ensuring compliance with regulations and performance targets.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise driver operatives and machine operators
Manage team performance and training
Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental legislation

Qualifications

Previous waste experience
Minimum 2 years driving experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
