Job Description

Join Halton Borough Council as a Senior Funding & Monitoring Officer to lead and oversee externally funded economic regeneration projects. Hybrid working arrangement available.

Responsibilities

Lead monitoring of externally funded initiatives
Fulfill Accountable Body role for multi-million pound programmes
Close monitoring and evaluation of expenditure, outputs, and outcomes
Liaise and negotiate with external agencies and organizations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience in monitoring large-scale funded projects
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of European, Governmental, and Lottery funding
