Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the housekeeping team
Train, evaluate, and support new employees
Schedule and delegate daily cleaning tasks
Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness
Address and resolve complaints promptly
Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
Act as a liaison between departments
Manage housekeeping budget
Communicate with management and attend meetings

Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management
