Responsibilities

Be the point of contact for Client Success and Sales teams when it comes to any accommodation requests
Source ad hoc residential options when committed rooms are not available
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in development of marketing materials and price list as required
Support the yield management of inventory of groups alongside the Client Success and Operations teams

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in accommodation and/or hospitality
IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Fluent in English
