Provide expertise on rewards, benefits, and compensation. Consult with HR team on reward-related initiatives. Analyze and provide salary benchmark data.
Experience developing and implementing compensation and benefits initiatives. Proficiency in Excel and creating complex data models. Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities. Ability to present viewpoints and advise senior colleagues.
