Join Planet Pharma as an Employee Benefits Specialist for the UK & Ireland region. Manage and administer all employee benefits programs, collaborate with third-party providers, and ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings.

Responsibilities

Managing and administering employee benefits programs for the UK & Ireland.
Partnering with third-party providers to select and implement tailored benefit offerings.
Overseeing the UK Flexible Benefit renewal process and employee communication.
Coordinating benefit choices with compensation impact between systems.
Acting as a Tier 2 point of contact for benefit-related queries.
