Responsibilities

  • Managing and administering employee benefits programs for the UK & Ireland.
  • Partnering with third-party providers to select and implement tailored benefit offerings.
  • Overseeing the UK Flexible Benefit renewal process and employee communication.
  • Coordinating benefit choices with compensation impact between systems.
  • Acting as a Tier 2 point of contact for benefit-related queries.
