Engaging with the community and Councillors, keeping them up to date with planned activity across Highways.
Coordinating Freedom of Information responses and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Experience in a busy customer service role resolving queries and prioritizing calls.
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent qualifications.
Strong communication and IT skills.
Basic knowledge of road maintenance and repair.
