Buying Assistant (Commercial)

• Preparing samples for meetings. General sample management and organisation.
• Sending parcels, inputting and preparing information for the wider team including artwork briefs, quote sheets, sample sheets, and design tasks.
• Identifying new opportunities related to existing products, ranges, or new brands.
• Assisting in managing the project tracker to help streamline the flow of work opportunities in the business.
• Foster client relationships through appropriate lines of communication, both within the company and externally.
• Gathering samples, dimensions, and weights to provide accurate product quotes.
• Packing down and photographing all lines of interest after meetings.
• General communication and requesting samples and costs from factories/supply base.
• Travel opportunities.
