Job Description

Moncler is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join their New Bond Street Flagship Store in London. The ideal candidate will act as a Brand Ambassador, providing exceptional service to clients and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure a unique client experience
Advise clients on the Brand and product categories
Contribute to team objectives
Assist in stock and store management
Support training and development of team members

Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury fashion sales
Passion for retail and luxury fashion
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English, additional language is a plus
Digitally aware and adaptable
