Job Description

Join EssilorLuxottica as a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner to drive the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry. Work across Frames & Lenses businesses to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide guidance on expense management.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of OPEX
Assist in financial forecasts and monitor variances
Review monthly spends and challenge deviations
Act as a business partner to department heads
Monitor and analyze selling costs
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in cost control, financial reporting, planning & analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport with colleagues
Self-management and motivation
Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SAP accounting system and advanced Excel skills
