Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Resource Officer within Adult Social Care in our Mental Health Adults and Substance Misuse team. Supervise resource officers, oversee professional development, and manage incoming referrals for care act assessments and safeguarding concerns.

Responsibilities

Supervise resource officers within the team
Oversee professional development and triage incoming referrals
Manage duty work allocation

Qualifications

Knowledge of Care Act assessment process and mental capacity act (2005)
Experience as a Resource Officer in Adult Social Care
Supervision experience
