Job Description

Join UK Parliament as a Customer Service Advisor to provide first-class customer service within the Parliamentary Contact Centre. Assist with phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for providing first-class customer service to external and internal customers via telephone and in-person information points.
  • Ensure highest service standards are followed, providing prompt, friendly, accurate, and helpful service with a first-time resolution where possible.
  • Answer priority calls from Members of both Houses and their staff, resolving queries on a wide range of subjects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a call handling environment.
  • Customer-focused with a can-do approach.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers in a professional manner.
