Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of HR administration including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and maintain relationships with recruiters.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employee development.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and engage employees through various initiatives.
  • Work with leadership to build high-performance teams aligned with company goals.
  • Address employee concerns, improve retention, and provide HR analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • CIPD Level 5 certification.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in training, development, and cultural initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
