Job Description

We're looking for a confident and proactive Property Manager to join a growing property company in Camberley, Surrey. You will manage a portfolio of clients and sites in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of property portfolio
Coordinate and oversee contractors and maintenance works
Prepare service charge budgets and approve invoices
Arrange resident meetings and manage insurance policies
Ensure lease terms are adhered to and handle any breaches
Resolve conflicts and monitor compliance

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
