Psicon is seeking a Team Lead to manage and mentor the team, ensure robust staffing levels, and oversee office operations. Join us to make a difference in the healthcare industry!

Responsibilities

Maintain KPIs in line with contract requirements
Assist administrators with daily/weekly monitoring of data
Compile activity and quality reports
Coordinate clinicians for clinic dates
Conduct regular HR monthly meetings with team members

Qualifications

Ability to collate, present, and interpret data
Experience in leading and motivating a team
Understanding of NHS structure
Experience with patient management systems
