Job Description

Join Close Brothers Asset Finance team as a Customer Account Manager to process new transactions, optimize key accounts, and support the Transport Division in Burton.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Assist the Business Development team with transaction administration, Salesforce data entry, proposals, paperwork generation, customer and supplier liaison, novation's, and transfers.
Develop understanding of Close Asset Finance products and sector-specific knowledge.
Work with introducers, act as the first point of contact on new proposals, and maintain the sales pipeline.
Provide accurate quotations and relevant information to assist with closing deals.
Ensure all work aligns with regulatory requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven proactive work experience and ability to take initiative.
Numerate with analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
