Join our client, a fast-paced and ambitious alcohol business, as a Customer Services Executive. Responsible for processing sales orders accurately and on time, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process incoming sales orders accurately and on time
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Support with processing orders and warehouse management
Ensure data accuracy and reflective stock management
Co-ordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse departments
Experience in customer service or retail
Organized and clear communicator
Attention to detail
Previous spirits/drinks experience preferred
Hybrid-working, central London office 3 days a week. £28k salary plus wider benefits.
