Exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join a long-established family-owned construction business in Bedfordshire. Play a pivotal role in contract management for projects valued between £1 million and £12 million.

Responsibilities

Oversee preparation of tender and pre-construction documents
Manage quality, compliance, customer service, and stakeholder management
Identify and mitigate risks
Mentor project team
Establish client relationships
Monitor contract risks and opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Current CSCS card
Minimum 5 years experience in construction
Experience with JCT/NEC forms of contract
Organisational skills
Computer literate
