Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor to assist existing customers with their orders and provide solutions to their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Take inbound calls and respond to emails promptly
Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer new products
Support customers by providing solutions to meet their needs
Handle customer complaints effectively
Generate order cost advice/quotes, process orders, and send invoices to customers
