Responsibilities

Supporting, coaching, and mentoring the kitchen team
Maintaining high standards of food knowledge and hygiene
Managing kitchen schedule and staffing efficiently
Driving sales growth through fostering relationships between kitchen and front-of-house teams

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Up-to-date knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S regulations
Experience in maintaining high kitchen standards
