Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations at Ridham Dock and Ridham Sea Terminals, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and allocate duties of operational staff
Liaise with waste stream recycling Supervisors and Operational Teams
Assist in budget delivery and control of sub-contractors
Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and regulations
Manage stock rotation and purchase orders
Comply with Health, Safety, HR, Quality, and Environmental policies

Qualifications

Experience in managing teams within multiple processes
Previous experience in a manual work environment
Knowledge of Sage Accounts, Cascade HR, Microsoft Office
IOSH Managing Safely certification
Leadership and Communication skills
