Responsibilities

Notifying restaurants by telephone with outstanding orders
Helping customers order their meal via live chat
Provide customer service for clients calling into the office
Performing general administration duties

Qualifications

Excellent ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good with computers

Excellent written and communication skills
