Job Description

Join our Wates team as a Pre-Contract Commercial Manager within our Planned Maintenance division. Responsible for tender reviews, legal Terms & Conditions implementation, and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

Budget responsibility and client commercial liaison
Manage Assistant / Quantity Surveyors
Lead Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process
Lead Pre-Contract Review Meetings
Assist Senior Management in tender adjudication
Liaise with buying department for material procurement

Qualifications

Experience in a similar maintenance industry
Ability to lead and develop a commercial team
Build relationships with stakeholders
Undergo Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS)
