Job Description

Join Lidl as a Deputy Store Manager and be part of a resilient, confident, and trusted team. You will lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager, inspire your team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers
Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
Lead and inspire the team using Leadership & Company Principles
Check deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries
Comply with Health and Safety laws

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
Supportive and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to monitor and improve KPIs
