Job Description

Agoda is seeking a Finance Process Optimization Manager to lead finance process owners across multiple functions such as R2R, O2C, P2P. The role involves driving business transformation, enhancing workflows, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance process owners to drive business transformation
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and apply digital solutions
  • Establish methodologies for process assessments and value stream mapping
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement culture within the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 5-7 years' experience in Finance Process improvement consulting
  • Experience in R2R, O2C, P2P processes
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a must
