  • Manage customer journey from reservation to post-handover support
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

  • Liaise with various teams to address customer needs
  • Collect feedback and implement changes to enhance customer experience
  • Drive Net Promoter Score and support post-handover care
