Responsibilities

Manage the full 360 recruitment process
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Develop and execute strategic business development plans
Mentor and coach junior consultants
Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business
Use market insights and data to drive recruitment strategies
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant at a Senior or Principal level
Strong track record of billing success and client development
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on results
Experience mentoring or training junior consultants (desirable)
