Job Description

Join our well-established dental practice in Chelsea, London, as a Dental Practice Manager. Lead the team to deliver exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice
Lead, support, and develop the front desk and clinical team
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage patient scheduling
Monitor financial performance and liaise with suppliers and partners
Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures
Support marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in dental or healthcare practice management
Previous experience working in an NHS dental practice
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and NHS regulatory frameworks
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with dental software systems (S.F.D.)
