Job Description

Enlighten Supply Pool is seeking a Recruitment Branch Manager to lead a team of Consultants and Resourcers in the education sector. This role involves developing business, implementing sales plans, and motivating the team to achieve high outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to develop business alongside Consultants and Resourcers
Implement branch sales plans and conduct regular sales and operations meetings
Recruit and build a successful team aligned with company culture
Conduct regular meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Interact with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

Successful billing record in agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector
Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
Knowledge of the education recruitment market
