Job Description

Join our client's school as a Maths/Science Teacher and make a difference in the lives of children with Special Needs. Collaborate with a dedicated staff team in an Ofsted-rated Good school.

Responsibilities

Plan and teach lessons for small groups and individual students.
Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write reports.
Help students develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Manage behavior, mark work, and communicate with parents about student progress.
Work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop an engaging Maths and Science curriculum.
Teach KS3 and KS4 Science/Maths including GCSE, BTEC, and Entry Levels.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience working in a SEND environment.
Passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
