Join WPP as an OKTA Identity Technical Support Lead to lead the support of a complex platform and a large user base. Play a crucial role in securing WPP's global identity landscape by architecting, engineering, and championing our identity and access management platform.
- Lead support for a complex OKTA platform and diverse user base
- Liaise with internal OpCo's and external customers to deliver a first-class service experience
- Ensure audit standards are adhered to in identity management
- Work on build and migration projects from legacy identity systems
- Collaborate with Information Security teams to enhance security policies and solutions
- Certified to OKTA Consultant level or equivalent
- Expert in IDAM solutions including Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory
- Experience with SSO implementations and access management solutions
- Strong technical experience in IDAM support and implementations
