We are looking for a Sub Agent to contribute to civil engineering projects in Scotland, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily site operations

Plan and deploy labour, materials, and machinery effectively
Prepare and manage site documentation
Track progress on-site and ensure alignment with schedules
Contribute to compliance with safety and environmental policies

Qualifications

Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
Prior experience in infrastructure or construction roles
Understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices
Financially astute with good communication skills
Valid UK driving licence
