Job Description

Join DN Colleges Group as a Data Protection Manager to lead in maintaining oversight and developing the management of personal information held by the college. Provide guidance on information legislation and manage high impact incidents involving personal data.

Responsibilities

Offer professional advice and leadership in data protection matters
Conduct data protection impact assessments
Maintain register of requests/incidents
Conduct quality checks of personal information and processes
Produce reports to senior leaders and governors

Qualifications

Working knowledge of relevant information legislation such as UK GDPR
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Professional qualification in information governance is desirable
