Responsibilities

Direct and lead team members
Support the Deputy General Manager with operational procedures and issues
Lead and inspire the performance of the team
Ensure TGI Friday's standards are maintained in all aspects of operations

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role
Proven track record of leading a team
Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Good problem-solving and communication skills
