Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers
Ensure world-class customer service and maintain a fast-paced environment
Manage back-office processes such as scheduling, recruitment, and stock ordering

Qualifications

Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager in retail/hospitality
Strong team development and coaching skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
