Responsible for managing, evaluating, motivating, and monitoring staff performance. Manage budgets, achieve revenue and profit targets, lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers, manage customer relations, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement new systems.
At least 5 years of people management experience, excellent literacy skills, proficiency in O365, understanding of facilities services industry, strong communication skills, ability to handle complaints, reliability, and budget management skills.
