Job Description

CareCo is seeking a Talent Management Partner to join our team and help in designing, implementing, and managing talent development initiatives aligning with our business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain a competency matrix for all roles in the organisation.
Coordinate the performance management process and analyze performance data.
Develop and implement talent profiling tools to track employee competency.
Develop a robust succession planning approach for critical roles.
Work with L&D Partners to identify development programmes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in talent management or similar HR/L&D role.
Competent in developing and implementing competency frameworks.
Up-to-date knowledge of talent development industry.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use HR systems.
Highly organised with effective project management skills.
