Job Description

Leon Cycle is seeking a resourceful HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will work closely with the Head of Finance and Ops to ensure all HR initiatives and programs are delivered properly to our team.

Responsibilities

Provide employee day-to-day general support
Support full recruitment cycle
Provide orientation and onboarding to new employees
Complete HR tasks such as updating contacts and organization charts
Confirm immigration documents
Maintain accurate employee files
Assist with payroll needs
Coordinate HR needs such as performance reviews and employee engagement
Research and plan team events
Oversee Health & Safety Program
Research and provide updates on state/provincial laws
Assist with HR Policies & Procedures

Qualifications

3-4 years experience in HR Specialist or Generalist role
Bachelor or Diploma in Business with HR focus preferred
General knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and numeracy skills
Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
Professional demeanor with high level of confidentiality
Reliable and personable with eagerness to learn
