Responsibilities

Run shifts and manage the team in the absence of the General Manager
Ensure exceptional customer service and coach the team accordingly
Be knowledgeable and passionate about the menu to deliver high-quality Italian food
Support financial targets and monitor business performance
Maintain the restaurant's appearance and standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role
Passionate about food and customer service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
