Job Description

Kier Group is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) which is our internal MEP Self Delivery business. The role involves managing the commercial resources across assigned projects to maximize planned gross margin.

Responsibilities

Supporting preconstruction activities across a framework of projects.
Engaging with stakeholders across multiple projects to bring consistency of approach to all projects.
Manage valuations, cashflows, turnover forecasts, risk, and margin management.
Advise wider commercial team on framework practices.

Qualifications

Experience in managing and reporting a portfolio of projects.
Experience with projects in the Defence sector would be advantageous.
Experience of projects with MEP values over 20 Million.
Experienced in preconstruction activities.
