Job Description

Regent College London (RCL) is seeking a Lecturer in Health and Social Care to design, develop, and deliver learning material to students across various modules. The role involves ensuring student engagement, achievement of learning outcomes, and providing a high-quality student experience.

Responsibilities

  • Teach sessions including lectures, seminars, tutorials
  • Maintain attendance registers
  • Deliver teaching sessions in line with programme specifications
  • Develop teaching materials and update class notes
  • Set assessments, mark assessments, and provide feedback
  • Support student engagement and performance
  • Contribute to quality assurance and scholarship activities
  • Co-ordinate with others to meet student needs

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in relevant subject discipline
  • Experience in higher education and teaching
  • Fellowship of the Advanced Higher Education (HEA) or willingness to work towards
  • Proficient in using IT for teaching and research activities
