Responsibilities

Support & Guidance: Assist in managing the team of Residential Care Workers by offering clear guidance and support.
Promote Well-being: Actively support the health, safety, and general well-being of the young people, ensuring their care plans are followed.
Positive Role Model: Lead by example, creating a nurturing and homely atmosphere where young people can feel safe and supported.
Achieve Potential: Enable the young people to pursue their personal goals and maximize their potential in all areas of life.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to deliver a high standard of care.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
